Ihanaiset.fi shop sells products for all individual consumers of legal age around the world. The product prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. When selling outside the EU-area, the price will remain the same and the consumer is responsible for handling the import costs and taxes in their own country.
Ordering
The products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart with online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of any ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
The most common problems with the shopping cart if you’re unable to advance:
• Check that you have filled in all the fields marked with * (information needed)
• Check that there are no extra spaces before or after the e-mail, phone number or postal code in the form fields.
• Check that you have written the zip code first before the city, because the package pick-up points are searched by zip code.
• Check that you’ve remembered to place a checkmark on your desired pick-up point.
• Check that you have accepted our terms of delivery.
Gift orders: We can deliver your order as a gift to another shipping address. As you place your order in the shopping cart, you can write the gift recipient's contact information. This is free and we send gift orders without the price information of the order. If you order a gift abroad outside the EU, please note that the gift recipient may have to pay customs fees for the gift.
Promo & campaign codes: At random times, our online store may have valid promotional codes that you can use to get a discount or other benefit for your order. If you have received a campaign code, enter it in the shopping cart in the Campaign code field and activate it. This is how you can receive the benefit. Promotional codes cannot be applied to your order afterwards. Please note that more than one campaign code can be valid, but you can only get one benefit for your order at a time.
Payment options
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints or refunds, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you have to contact customer service. When dealing with the customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Remember to always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
• Delivery costs include both postage and packaging costs. In Finland, there is a fixed delivery cost of €5.90 (to Matkahuolto's nearest pick-up point) or €3.90 for a letter (Posti), if it is a small product that can fit in a mailbox. If the product can be delivered, this option will automatically appear in the shopping cart. In addition, you can choose home delivery on weekdays for €9.90. You can also pick up the products right from our warehouse Mon-Fri between 10:00 and 15:00, without any delivery charge. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times in Finland are 2-5 business days. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering. For foreign countries, depending on the destination country, the delivery time is 5-14 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
Return policy
Cancellation rights in Finland
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received. Returns and exchanges are free if you follow the instructions below.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way by sending the name, order number and product to be returned to customer service.
Posters customized for the customer do not have the right of cancellation unless there is a defect in the product. However, posters larger than 50x70cm are ordered individually for the customer from the printing house, in which case we refund half of the price of the product. Please note that the final color of the poster may be slightly different from the one on the screen, depending on the monitor’s lighting and settings, which means that slight color differences are not a mistake, unless there has been a mistake in the printing. A pre-framed poster purchased with framing service does not have the right of return for frames or customized posters. The frames have then been taken out of their packaging and are no longer salable. Only non-customizable posters have a normal right of return.
The right of return does not apply to a product that has been unpacked and that can no longer be sold. The right of return also does not apply to underwear, face masks or other hygiene products, such as opened cosmetics or foodstuffs.
In Finland packages are returned at Matkahuolto’s service points with personal service (not at parcel locker terminals). You need to write the following information on the package:

The letters are returned through Posti and you need to write the following on the letter:

If you have picked up your order from the warehouse, it must be returned to the warehouse or otherwise we will charge €9.90 as return costs.
Remember to save the receipt for your return until it has been fully processed. We do not redeem packages sent through cash on delivery and if the customer pays for the shipment themself, we do not reimburse the cost incurred. Please note that the free exchange or return right only applies to orders sent with our agreement and only one time / order.
Cancellation rights outside Finland
Same as in Finland, except the customer will be responsible for all the delivery costs of the return package.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, you must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is a consequence of mishandling or other than processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The products have a right of return free of charge, with the exception of customized, individually made products for the customer. The products will need to still be in salable condition. Please note that different monitor settings may slightly change the actual printed color.
We accept returns when they are still fully salable:
• All product tags must still be intact and attached to the product as they had been.
• Packages must be intact.
• The product is fully intact and not broken with all parts included.
• Please note that e.g. animal hairs on a piece of clothing may prevent reselling of the product.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed package, for which a separate notice of cancellation has not been made, we charge €10 as return costs, which include the actual costs of the return. From abroad in the EU area €12.90, rest of the world €29.90.
In problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Cancellation rights and return policy -section or by calling the phone number stated in the contact information. The best and fastest way is to take a picture of the problem/fault and send it when contacting us. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a reclamation with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
In the case of consumer goods (e.g. kitchen utensils, bags, accessories, clothes, etc.), the right to reclamation is for 6 months for defects. After this, the customer must contact the manufacturer or importer of the product directly. The reclamation right applies to clear manufacturing defects. Wear and tear due to use will not be reimbursed. In the case of defective products, our compensation is a maximum of the price of the product. Other incidental costs such as delivery costs will not be reimbursed. If the product is found to have an error due to use or intentional destruction, we will not replace the product and any return costs will be charged to the customer.
Notification of an incorrect delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
