On this Moomin bowl Moomintroll is encounters his first snowfall of the year. The illustration on the bowl is based on Tove Jansson's book Magic Winter from year 1957. 

It's time for the first snowfall since New Year. Confused Moomintroll is kicking a block of ice in front of him and gazes up at the sky. A snowflake lands on his nozzle and melts. Moomintroll gets excited, jumps into the pile of snow and finally learns to enjoy the winter.
